Thank you for shopping with BJI Photography. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Digital Products (Art & Photography Downloads):

Due to the nature of our digital products, all digital art and photography files are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the digital product is delivered via email, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

Printed Products (Art Prints):

As our prints are made to order and are custom items, these are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully check the product details and preview images before confirming your purchase. If there is an issue with the print quality or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Clothing (Apparel):

We want you to be fully satisfied with your clothing purchase! If you are not happy with your item, we are happy to offer returns on clothing within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the full return is your responsibility and should the item be lost, we are not responsible for those costs.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at bjiphotography1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your clothing item to initiate a return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us with the return authorization label. The item must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached.

  4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund based on the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
