Digital Products (Art & Photography Downloads):

All digital products (art, photography files, and other downloadable content) will be delivered via email to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Digital products will be delivered immediately after purchase. You should receive a download link within 5-10 minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Printed Products (Art Prints):

Printed products, such as art prints, are made to order. We take great care in creating high-quality prints and want to ensure that they arrive safely.

  • Processing Time: Printed products will be processed and prepared for shipping within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: Once your printed item is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Clothing (Apparel):

Clothing items are made and shipped in accordance with our standard fulfilment times.

  • Processing Time: Clothing orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within 5-7 business days of purchase.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, clothing items will arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

  • Domestic Shipping: calculated on checkout based on location and size/weight of the item

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order totals. Be sure to check our promotions page or contact us for more details.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier's website.

  • Tracking Delays: Please note that some carriers may experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information, particularly during peak times. If your tracking number is not updating, please give it a little time before reaching out to us.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

We do ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid P.O. Box address during checkout.

Packaging:

We take care to package your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For printed products, we use protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
